Get into a comfortable position – preferably in a quiet area where you will not be disturbed – turn off your phone ringer and message notifier — no multi tasking (i.e. don’t talk to others, drive a car, play video games, etc.) — and relax – you can close your eyes and enjoy the experience of the sound – or you can relax with eyes open and follow.

I am paying attention to my breathing. I am breathing deeply – slowly inhale – slowly exhale – I maintain this rhythm as I continue to breathe deeply.

I am aware of my physical body. I slowly move my attention to my toes I feel them tingle, relax and become heavy. I slowly move my attention from my toes – to my feet – to my ankles – to my calves – to my knees – to my thighs — I am aware of how they feel – then I move my awareness to my stomach – to my chest – then my back, to deep relaxation in my shoulders, to my neck — to my jaw, to my tongue to my eyes – to my scalp – I am aware of what is happening in each area. I am aware of the harmonic tones – and their effect on each part of my physical body as tension releases from deep in my body. I am aware of the deep clearing, healing and balancing that is happening in my body.

I am continuing to focus to my breathing. I am breathing deeply slowly inhale slowly exhale — I am maintaining an even rhythm.

I am aware of my emotions – my feelings – and what is happening on an emotional level as the sound penetrates, cleares, heals and balances… I am aware of what is happening in my energy centres or chakras – in my forehead – my throat – my solar plexus – abdomen – base of spine.

I continue to pay attention to my breathing. I am breathing deeply – and I maintain this even rhythm…

I am aware of my mental body – my thoughts and mental activity. I am aware of the energy centres in my brain — between my eyes – in my throat – in my solar plexus –

I Continue to breathe deeply – – maintaining this even slow rhythm.

I am aware of the area just above my head – and the area behind my shoulder blades

I Relax and smile, I give Thanks for My Health and All My Many Blessings.
